The pilot: $199 per confirmed meeting.

No retainer. No minimum. No monthly fee. Cancel anytime.

What you pay for

A commercial service contract is worth thousands. One meeting that leads to a roster slot or service agreement pays for the whole engagement many times over. We charge only for the conversation, not the outcome — you close the work.

What counts as a qualified meeting

Written into the agreement before we start, so there's no argument later. A billable meeting must:

  1. Actually occur (or be rebooked once in good faith), with
  2. a person who has decision authority or direct influence over vendor selection,
  3. at a commercial property or business — not a residence,
  4. in your agreed service area, and
  5. with a plausible need for your trade.

If a meeting doesn't meet those criteria, it's not billed — and you can audit any meeting against this standard. We book conversations, not contracts: anyone who guarantees jobs is selling you something else.

Questions contractors ask

Who do you contact?

Facility managers, property managers, building owners, and operations managers at commercial properties that fit your trade and territory. We contact businesses, never consumers.

Are these shared leads?

No. Every account is worked exclusively for one contractor per trade in a territory. Never shared or resold.

Is this spam?

No. Outreach is individual and relevant, sent in your company's name with a working opt-out. We never blast lists, and we honor every opt-out immediately.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. The pilot is month-to-month with no minimum. You can stop anytime.

How fast can a campaign start?

List building takes about a week, first outreach follows, and first meetings are typically within two to three weeks. You get a concrete timeline before committing.

How is billing handled?

An invoice is sent after each meeting that meets the criteria, or you can prepay a batch if you prefer. No fees before a meeting occurs.

Who owns the prospect data?

You do. The accounts and contacts we develop are yours. We keep records only to serve your engagement and report accurately.

How do you protect our reputation?

Outreach is truthful about who it's for, opt-outs are honored, and we never use deceptive pitches. We only contact commercial businesses in your agreed area — we never burn the properties you want to win.

Have you done this before?

ARXD Services is new — founded in 2026 — and we don't pretend otherwise. That's exactly why the pilot is pay-per-meeting with no contract: the risk sits with us until we've earned it. You can audit the process and the accounts at every step.

Ready to try two meetings?

Tell us your trade and service area. We'll reply with a straight answer about whether we can help — and what a small pilot would look like.
